Dongguan Junmeng Mould was founded in May 5, 2000 in China and started operating in March 2001. We design and produce whole sets of molds for buyers in Malaysia, Japan, Thailand and Singapore.
We utilize advanced equipment from Japan and Germany such as 13 sets of CMM (Zeiss) machines, 16 sets of DME (MAHA), 18 sets of Nikon V-12B projectors, 20 sets of Nikon tool microscopes and 24 sets of Nikon electronic co***rators to meet the market demands. At the same time, these resources have allowed us to offer a one-stop service and complete OEM/ODM projects.
We own three factories, covering 7,000 square meters, 7,200 square meters and 3,000 square meters respectively. We started using the ERP system in October 2010, which helps us make the production flow and management system more reasonable and scientific. We also employ over 310 technical staff who mainly work on plastic mold components processing, ceramic components processing, precision discharging, molding grinding, wire cutting and PG.
To ensure high quality, we implement strict QC measures in IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC according to ISO 9001:2008 standards and source raw material from Japan, Switzerland and Taiwan.
